The Internal Revenue Service requires the Arthritis Foundation and all charitable corporations that are exempt from income tax to submit Form 990's for each fiscal year. Exempt nonprofits are also required to make the forms available to the public. In accordance with these rules, the Foundation provides documents for its National Office for the past three years.
